The Three Lakes Genealogical Society is hosting a new book club that will meet at 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on the third Thursday of the month through April. On January 20, the inaugural meeting will meet in the Tamarack Room in the lower level of Demmer Memorial Library.
The first book is Hiding the Past by Nathan Dylan Goodwin. It is a mystery that uses forensic genealogy (traditional genealogy combined with genetic genealogy) to solve the crime. Hiding the Past is available at Demmer Memorial Library, Crandon Public Library and also for purchase on Amazon.com.
