In March 2021 the Demmer Library used a Libraries Transforming Communities grant award to host three conversations with current and prospective community volunteers. Thirty-one participants shared their experiences with volunteering or seeking volunteer opportunities. Below are two reports – one includes information specific to volunteering at the Demmer Library, the second is about volunteering in the wider community of Three Lakes.
